OfficeMax has in place formal contracts which ensure our suppliers adhere to stringent rules related to working conditions, employee rights, pay and environmental outputs.
All suppliers to OfficeMax are required to meet the standards of our Social Compliance Policy and procedures, and our
Business Partner Standards.
We stand behind our OfficeMax own-brand products
More than 1,200 of our 17,000 products are OfficeMax own-brand products. When you pick up an OfficeMax pen or file folder, you can be assured these products have been through an extensive vetting process. Each manufacturer is audited, assessed and scored on health and safety, housing, working hours, ethics, freedom of association, environmental compliance and remuneration.
