Buying their HP printers and printing supplies from OfficeMax has paid off for the team at New Zealand School Trustees Association who were recently awarded a brand new Suzuki Swift GLX Auto through a joint promotion run by OfficeMax and HP.
OfficeMax customers who purchased a genuine HP printer or printing product before the end of March this year could enter in the draw to win a Suzuki Swift currently valued at $19,800.
The prize couldn’t have gone to a more deserving recipient, with Wellington-based New Zealand School Trustees Association helping to achieve excellence in school governance and the performance of schools.
OfficeMax Account Manager, Paula Moran, said that she was pleased to see a business so aligned with the OfficeMax values and with such a strong focus on education scooping the prize.
“The response we had to this promotion was overwhelming and I’d attribute that to the easy entry mechanic and the fact that most offices use these types of product everyday,” said Paula.
“I’m so pleased to see the prize was awarded to an organisation that cares as much about schooling and education as we do, and I know they will get great use out of such a fantastic car,” she said.
New Zealand School Trustees Association’s Business Service Manager, Steve Williams, and Administrator, Dianne Crisp, accepted the prize on behalf of the company.
“As well as saving the Association money on taxis, having an additional car gives us the freedom and convenience to get around town and make our way to meetings. It’s also one less car we need to have to pay for on our fleet,” Steve said.
“We’re delighted to win the car and it was as easy as buying what we’d normally buy from our usual supplier – OfficeMax,” he said.
