We invited Byron Lynds, the school's Director of Finance and Property, and team members to OfficeMax's Wellington showroom to demonstrate the different coffee machine options available.
We also offered them a taste test, during which they could try different beverages from a select range of machines and make their final decision. Fruit boxes for staff wellbeing:
As the school wanted to emphasize staff wellbeing, we offered the option of adding fruit boxes to complement the coffee machine.
In addition to freshly brewed premium coffee, the staff receives a box of seasonal fruits three times a week.
The coffee machine with fruit boxes became a big hit with the staff, who admired the school's commitment to their wellbeing.
Staff can now access a variety of premium-quality coffee and other beverages with the push of a button.
The new coffee machine zone in the staff kitchen has rejuvenated the space back to pre-COVID times. Staff have an opportunity to catch up more often, which boosts collaboration.
Maintenance of the coffee machine is simple and effortless. The school's facilities received onsite training on using and cleaning the machine.
