Back to School Bulk/Class Packs - Draft & Hold Orders

Step 1: Log in to your Education account

Step 2: Select 'Back to School Order' in the pop-up window or click 'BACK TO SCHOOL ORDERING' from your Account dropdown menu.

Step 3: Select your choice of Bulk Buying Solution: Bulk/Class packs

You can now:
(a) View a copy of last year's Order Templates
(b) Print a copy of last year's Order Template in a PDF file
(c) Save a copy of last year's Order Template in an Excel file

OR

You can create a new template.

Ordering using last year's order

Step 4: Click on the button

(a) View a copy of last year's Order Templates 

Step 5: Your list of Order Templates will now be shown. Pick the template you want to edit by clicking the 'View' button. 

Step 6: The template's contents will now be shown. You can review them by adding or removing products online and then saving your template.

(b) Print a copy of last year's Order Template in a PDF file

Step 7: Click on the button 'Print' on the next two screens

Step 8: Select “Save as PDF” in the Destination field to save the file. The PDF you have saved should be in your Downloads folder. Don’t forget to make your edits online after reviewing the PDF file by going back to the list of order templates.

(c) Save a copy of last year's Order Template in an Excel file

Step 9: Click on the button to 'Export as a CSV file'
