P. M. Ryan's Dictionary of Modern Maori contains over 15,000 headwords, Maori to English and English to Maori sections, as well as a Maori proverbs sections, complete with translations and intrepretations. It includes all the words most commonly used by fluent Maori speakers and features an expanded vocabulary list, with words for new inventions, metric terms, modern concepts and some scientific, technological and legal terms.
